How to Assign Sales Organization/Departments to elements

Note: To assign Sales Organization/Departments to elements, the Org Manager role is required. Please submit a ticket here to request access.


1. From the Administration tab, navigate to Elements.

 

2. Locate the element that needs to be assigned, then click on the three-dot icon next to it. Click Show organization parts departments. 

This will prompt the Element Departments form to open.

From here, you can add or remove Sales Organizations/Departments for the selected element.


Add a Sales Organization/Department to the element 

  1. Click the Add button in the top-right corner of the form.
  2. Select the desired Sales Organization/Department from the list.
  3. Click Save to apply the changes. 



Remove a Sales Organization/Department from the element

  • Locate the Sales Organization/Department you want to remove from the list.
  • Click the three-dot icon next to it.
  • Confirm the action when prompted.


Click X icon on top right hand corner to exit form. Changes will be applied.
