Requesting a PPAP

1. From the dashboard, click on PPAP/FAI option located on the side menu, then Request PPAP . 

2. Fill out all mandatory fields to continue to the next step. 

3. Select PPAP level. 

Note: When you select the PPAP Level, the system pulls automatically the Elements defined by the AIAG for each Level. Level 4 allows you to select the Elements you want to request You can créate your own PPAP Levels.

6. Add approvers and emitters, then click on Request. 

Note: After completing the request, the system sends an email and a Notification to the person in charge of uploading the PPAP with the details of the PPAP and instructions on how to Access the platform.
