How to Manage Departments

Note: Any users with access to the Organization Parts view have permission to manage departments.


1. From the Administration tab, navigate to Organization Parts.



2. In the top-right corner, click the three-dot icon, then select Manage Departments. This will open the Manage Departments form.



3. From the Sales Organization dropdown, select a sales organization.

This will display all departments assigned to that sales organization. 


Update a Department:

  1. Click on the three-dot icon.
  2. Here, you can update the Name or Type (Emitter/Approver of the element) for the department.
  3. Click Save to apply the changes.



Add a Department:

  1. Click on Add Department. 
  2. Enter a Name and select the Type (Emitter/Approver of the element), then click Save.
