How to Request Assembly (Internal) Child PPAPs

Assembly (internal) Child PPAPs can be requested with all status'. (Ongoing, completed, approved). 

To do this:

1. Click on the three-dot button located next to the PPAP, then click on Request child PPAP.

2. Choose Child PPAP information (Program assembly, due date, additional/custom elements), then click Next.

3. Select approvers and emitters, then click Request to finalize.

- You can choose to inherit elements from the Parent PPAP. This will autopopulate the element details. 

- Additional/custom elements cannot be inherited. 

4. If the assembly already has a PPAP, the previous PPAP will be archived. A warning will appear to confirm if you would like to proceed. If confirmed, the previous PPAP will automatically be archived, and the child ppap will be created. 

5. The newly created child PPAP can be found in the ongoing PPAPs list.
