How to Create a PPAP PDF for Component PPAPs

Note: 

• This option only appears when all PPAP element deliverables are PDFs. 
• If there are any password-protected PDFs, they will not be included in the attachment.

1. Locate the PPAP you want to access: Go to the dashboard or navigate to the PPAP/FAI tab, then select Ongoing PPAPs (or the section where your PPAP is located).

2. Select the PPAP: From the ongoing PPAPs list, click on the Details button. 

Then click on the PPAP Actions button located at the top right of the screen. Click on Create PPAP PDF.

3.An email will be sent with the download link. Alternatively, you can refresh the PPAP page, and the download option will appear directly in the PPAP details section.

NOTE: Only users who have access to that specific PPAP will be able to download the PPAP PDF.
